About The Position

The OneStream Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, integrating, and supporting the OneStream Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. The role ensures that solutions meet business needs for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and financial data management. The developer builds custom functionality, automates financial processes, integrates OneStream with enterprise applications, and contributes to ongoing platform improvements. The role uses .NET development and database skills alongside modern software development practices. It also involves collaborating with Finance, Controlling, FP&A, IT, and external implementation partners; translating business requirements into technical solutions; providing third-level support; and participating in projects, upgrades, audits, and compliance activities. The position is with Refresco Beverages Inc. The listed pay range is $149,000–$163,900, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses based on company objectives. The role is exempt. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a comparable discipline.
At least 3 years of software development experience.
Experience with CPM, EPM, or financial systems implementations.
Experience supporting Finance applications in an enterprise environment.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Framework or .NET Core.
Experience developing custom Business Rules, Calculations, Workflows, automation solutions, and application extensions.
Strong SQL development skills.
Experience with relational database platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
Experience designing ETL and data integration processes.
Understanding of APIs and enterprise application integration concepts.
Proficiency with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, and OneStream Developer Studio.
Experience with source control, code reviews, and release management processes.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment automation.
Understanding of financial consolidation, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, FP&A, and CPM.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom OneStream solutions.
Create and enhance Business Rules, Calculations, Workflows, Dashboards, and Data Management processes.
