Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead horizontal management execution demands within the Global Employee Fraud Monitoring & Fraud Policy (GEFM&FP) organization within Fraud & Claims Management. The successful candidate will operate at the center of the GEFM&FP organization—connecting strategy, execution, communication, governance, and accountability. This key senior leadership team role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leadership activating business priorities into actionable plans, drives operating discipline, and ensure strong execution across key initiatives in addition to ownership and execution of horizontal programs. The role requires exceptional business understanding, emotional intelligence, analytical capabilities, discretion, and the ability to create clarity in complex, fast-moving environments. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will co-lead the business administration function for Global Employee Fraud Monitoring & Fraud Policy, serving as a direct liaison to the head of the organization, senior leadership team of managing director(s), executive director(s), vice president(s) and partners. This individual will be responsible for or contribute to strategic planning, business management, executive routines, senior leader communications, governance forums, and horizontal organizational programs. The role will act as a force multiplier for leadership by anticipating needs, identifying risks, driving follow-through, preparing executive-level materials, and ensuring priorities move forward with precision. This position requires the ability to influence without formal authority, work across functional teams, and manage multiple high-priority initiatives with independence and discretion.
