Global Education Manager Marketing – New York City COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. RESPONSIBILITIES Within Coty Luxury, Global Education is a strategic pillar to drive retail excellence, brand desirability and sustainable sell-out growth worldwide. The Global Kylie Cosmetics (Makeup & Fragrance) Education Manager , based in the NY, plays a key role in designing, developing and deploying global education strategies and tools across all regions. The role ensures consistency of brand expression, excellence in Beauty Advisor expertise, and best-in-class client experience worldwide. The Global Education Manager reports to the Global Director of Marketing and works in close collaboration with Global Marketing, Trade, CRM, Merchandising and local markets, and supports both Makeup and Fragrance categories, with a strong focus on artistry, olfactive expertise and selling ceremony. The ideal candidate has proven experience in color cosmetics and/or fragrance, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and understands omni-channel marketing best practices in the beauty industry. You are passionate, creative, culturally attuned, highly organized, and analytical—with a natural ability to inspire and lead. Your main focus: GLOBAL EDUCATION STRATEGY & IDENTITY Contribute to the definition and evolution of the Global Education vision, identity and standards for Makeup & Fragrance of the Kylie Cosmetics portfolio. Ensure education strategies fully reflect brand positioning, DNA and commercial priorities. Act as a key global reference for makeup artistry, fragrance expertise and retail education excellence. EDUCATION TOOLS CREATION Design and develop global education tools for: New launches Core franchises Evergreen assortments Ensure all tools integrate: Product & category knowledge Makeup application techniques and gestures Fragrance compositions, olfactive families and raw materials Storytelling, selling skills and client experience Develop innovative, consumer-centric and retail-driven learning approaches (retailtainment, experiential learning). Digitalize education tools and create mobile learning modules for Beauty Advisor learning platforms. Ensure timelines, budget, delivery, implementation and continuous optimization of education assets. GLOBAL TRAINING & TRAIN-THE-TRAINER Design and deliver Global Train-the-Trainer programs, including: Global onboarding workshops International seminars Virtual trainings Coach, support and upskill regional and local trainers to ensure flawless cascade in all markets. Support internal global trainings and help educate cross-functional teams on launches and innovations. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & MARKET COLLABORATION Work in strong synergy with: Global Marketing Trade Marketing Merchandising CRM & Digital Retail Experience teams Act as a key point of contact for markets regarding education strategy, tools and execution. Gather market feedback and continuously refine education content to ensure relevance and impact. DIGITAL & PERFORMANCE TRACKING Leverage digital learning platforms and virtual training tools. Track learning KPIs (engagement, completion, certification, qualitative feedback). Analyze results and propose continuous improvement plans to maximize global impact. The team consists of Global Education Manager and a junior associate, working closely together with several departments such as (DTC, Marketing, RND, Design, Trade Marketing, Finance, as well as Kylie Cosmetics Marketing teams). Requirements

  • 5 + years’ experience in luxury beauty education, retail training or artistry.
  • Strong expertise and passion in makeup and/or fragrance (combined experience is a strong asset).
  • Global education roles, or Regional roles with strong global exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of: Makeup products, techniques and artistry Fragrance compositions, olfactive families and raw materials
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Retail-minded and consumer-centric.
  • Creative, proactive, agile and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and matrix organization.
  • Digitally savvy and data-aware.
  • Passionate about beauty, brands and retail excellence.
