About The Position

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Global Technology Ecosystem Partner Manager to own and develop our growing set of technology partners across the Modern Data Stack. The Global Technology Ecosystem Partner Manager role is focused on technology partners (ISVs) who work with our strategic technology partners such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure. This includes categories such as business intelligence (BI), database, ingest, catalogue management and others to complete customer use cases. The goal is to develop global cross functional partnerships across sales, marketing and product teams with a select set of these technology partners, develop pipeline and own programmatic coverage to a wider range of partners. This role helps to accelerate the partner development process, establishing programs and joint go to market efforts which generate referrals, alongside new business opportunities and an improved customer buying experience. The Alliances team is instrumental to the growth at Fivetran and how we as a company go to market and this role is critical to this in achieving alignment with our most strategic partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Alliances / Partnerships at a Technology Company
  • Revenue & Go-to-Market Execution - Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes through partner-led, partner-sourced, and partner-influenced motions, including pipeline generation, co-selling, and joint go-to-market programs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence - Ability to align and influence Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive stakeholders without direct authority to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Technology Ecosystem & Partner Strategy - Proven experience developing and executing ecosystem strategies with technology partners (ISVs, cloud platforms, data and analytics vendors), including prioritization, business planning, and market expansion.
  • Partner Relationship Management - Track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships, establishing executive relationships, resolving complex challenges, and becoming a trusted advisor internally and externally.
  • Operational Excellence & Program Development - Experience creating scalable partner programs, processes, enablement frameworks, and performance management systems to support a large and diverse partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Fivetran’s global ecosystem of technology partners, managing strategic relationships across key categories including AI, Analytics, Governance, Transformation, and Business Intelligence.
  • Develop and execute ecosystem partner strategies that drive partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-led revenue, including joint business planning, co-sell motions, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build and scale Fivetran’s Technology Partner Program by recruiting, enabling, and activating partners through repeatable go-to-market, enablement, and marketing programs.
  • Serve as the primary connector between Fivetran Sales, Marketing, Product, and partner teams, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives and delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on the modern data ecosystem, identifying emerging market opportunities, informing product and go-to-market strategy, and driving executive-level partner engagement and accountability.
