We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Technology Partner to support the optimization and continuous improvement of Openwork’s core business systems and technology solutions. This role will partner closely with business teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders to ensure our systems are effectively supporting operations, improving efficiency, and creating a seamless experience for employees, candidates, and customers. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions by managing system support, coordinating enhancements, improving workflows, supporting implementations, and identifying opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies.
