About The Position

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is focused on empowering clinicians with monitoring tools that deliver timely insights and improve patient care across hospital and post-acute settings. Connectivity is the backbone of this transformation, enabling devices, data, and teams to work together as one ecosystem. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ portfolio represents our digital health solutions across wearables, remote monitoring, connectivity, and services. The market for connected care is growing quickly, with real potential to reshape how patients are monitored and how care teams collaborate. As the Global Product Marketing Manager – Connectivity on the Digital Health team, you’ll be at the center of that mission, leading global downstream strategy and lifecycle management for the solutions that power ACM’s connectivity infrastructure, ensuring clinicians have access to the insights they need when and where they need them. Connectivity is transforming healthcare by ensuring data flows seamlessly between devices, systems, and care teams. In this role you’ll turn that potential into reality, globalizing how we deliver connectivity, amplifying Medtronic’s voice in the market, and ensuring customer insights shape what comes next. By creating demand and enabling scale, you will help health systems unlock more value from their technology and strengthen Medtronic’s leadership in connected care. This role includes approximately 25% global travel. You’ll bring clarity to complexity by leading how connectivity is positioned, commercialized, and scaled across Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business. Working closely with professional services, cross-functional teams, and global partners, you’ll shape and communicate how our digital health ecosystem comes to life across the care continuum. In this role, you’ll own the downstream marketing strategy and commercialization of HealthCast™ connectivity. You will serve as the primary downstream owner, responsible for how connectivity is packaged, positioned, and adopted globally, while partnering closely with upstream teams on product direction and lifecycle decisions.
