About The Position

Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale, and service. They are now looking to add to their team and are looking to hire a "Global Digital Program Manager”. This role will be 100% Remote. Summary: Digital Strategy & Web Program Management Serve as the centralized lead for global website key initiatives strategy, working closely with regional marketing teams to understand priorities and track execution of web-related initiatives. Architect creative technical solutions in partnership with key strategy drivers and validate those solutions with design, copy, dev, and project management teams. Lead cross-functional senior steering committees —product, brand, technology, and content—to ensure digital work is aligned to overall strategic business and marketing goals. Maintain systems to track, manage, and report on digital initiatives, ensuring visibility and timely delivery of regional and global web requests. Strategic Marketing Initiatives Lead program management for strategic efforts such as marketing transformation, including the work to support the integration of new team members such as mapping responsibilities, and facilitating the transition of functions to appropriate groups. Partner with Marketing leadership to assess inherited team structures, identify role misalignments, and develop recommendations for realignment. Run point on major organizational initiatives, including the integration of new business units or acquisitions (e.g., Worldpay), ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated marketing integration. Build and manage project plans, stakeholder communications, and decision-making frameworks for large-scale initiatives that impact the broader Marketing organization. Cross-Functional Facilitation & Change Management Facilitate strategic conversations across business units to define ownership of responsibilities and ensure functional clarity as teams evolve. Provide insight and leadership on process design, role clarity, and accountability as part of larger transformation efforts. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and shared accountability across Marketing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital program management for a fortune 500 company working across multiple countries.
  • 7+ years of experience in go-to-market campaign planning to ensure the web pages are aligned with our other sales/marketing channels, including chat for sales, forms for lead flow, press releases, social media, email nurture.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities and global stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in CMS systems, such as Adobe or Sitecore.
  • 5+ years of experience prioritizing web content and experiences for SEO optimization, include page level performance, cross-link planning, tag management.
  • Highly proficient in ADA/WCAG 2.0 standards for global websites.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Background in user experience and technical design, with the ability to architect creative technical solutions to solve for business needs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing the merging and consolidating websites is a plus.
