Digital Program Manager
About The Position
Client is a supercenter chain throughout the Midwest with corporate headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They are looking for a Digital Program Manager to add to their Digital / E -commerce team. This role will be best filled by someone who has successful Program Manager experiences in delivering Programs level initiatives - not just managing PM's or PMO's. Scrum Master and Scaled Agile or SAFe experiences are required as this role will work in partnership with the Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment. This Program Management will be accountable for the successful delivery of the Digital Roadmap and operate as a strategic, additional, layer to manage strategic prioritization, working across multiple teams internal and external, dependencies, resource planning, risk management, gap analysis, governance, reporting to Sr leadership, and future planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of project leadership experiences
- 2+ years experience as a Program Management
- 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master
- 1+ years experience with Scaled Agile / SAFe
- 3+ of experience in a retail or digital environment with E -commerce
- Self -starter with strong communication, leadership, analysis, and problem -solving skills
- Extensive experience in working with cross -functional teams and staff of all levels
- Advanced skills in Azure DevOps (VSTS work item management), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to provide a high level of quality and productivity
