About The Position

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution. This position takes lead with consolidating the Customer Experience Global Financial Forecast in all initiatives to deliver the close and monthly forecast, and provides key strategic advice to operating partners within the Remote Experience Program. The position will negotiate Business Plan commitments with functional skill teams and market owners to ensure balanced approaches to experiences and considering all metrics to deliver on spending commitments. The position helps develop business cases to understand the enterprise value of the Remote Experience Program, while ensuring Internal Control compliance and management of Reserve Adequacy studies. As a key member of an agile Finance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to exert significant influence and contribute directly to the bottom line. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, ready to apply exceptional business acumen, leadership skills, and proactively identify modernization opportunities through implementation of advanced data analysis tools.
