This role involves assisting with market research projects, including gathering information on market conditions, competitor analysis, and measuring marketing effectiveness using NielsenIQ/GfK's tools. The position requires preparing reports, analyzing customer data, and presenting findings to clients. Key responsibilities include managing platform rollouts and implementation, driving platform adoption, designing action plans, and ensuring client feedback influences product roadmaps. The role also involves presenting the Newron platform to clients, delivering navigation metrics, coordinating client services across regions, and assisting with platform migration efforts. Additionally, the position focuses on driving platform adoption through activation, reactivation, and engagement processes, performing ROI analysis, delivering industry business reviews, building client success plans, and identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities. The role is accountable for maintaining high client satisfaction levels, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS). Telecommuting may be permitted, with up to 10% travel required.
