This role involves assisting with market research projects, analyzing consumer data, and managing client relationships to drive platform adoption and improve business results. The Global Customer Success Manager will present market research findings to clients, coordinate platform rollouts and implementation, and ensure client feedback influences product roadmaps. The position also involves assisting with digital transformation processes by presenting the Newron platform to clients and delivering insights and recommendations. The role requires identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to support business expansion and maintaining high client satisfaction levels, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS). Telecommuting may be permitted, with up to 10% travel required for HQ visits, customer meetings, and global office travel.
