As a Global Customer Research Sr. Analyst, you’ll lead advanced quantitative research that informs vehicle contenting and trim-level strategy, serving as a trusted advisor across GM. You’ll design and execute primary research studies using conjoint-based tools and internal analytics platforms to turn customer preferences and profitability data into clear, actionable recommendations for Product Marketing, Program Teams, Finance, and other partners. This role is ideal for a curious, consultative researcher who thrives on managing multiple priorities and translating complex data into business impact to ensure the Voice of the Customer is heard.
