Reporting directly to the VP of CRM and Continuous Improvement (Global Business Owner of SF), you will drive platform utilization and optimization, process execution maturity for a global team of 3,000+ users across more than 20 countries. You will serve as a core business-facing liaison, translating sales and operational execution processes into scalable Salesforce workflows. You will own the relationship and engagement, enablement, coaching, and change management strategy for SF, including future platform expansion, connection to DocuSign CLM, and be input in the upcoming January 2027 rollout of Professional Services Automation (PSA).
