About The Position

Reporting directly to the VP of CRM and Continuous Improvement (Global Business Owner of SF), you will drive platform utilization and optimization, process execution maturity for a global team of 3,000+ users across more than 20 countries. You will serve as a core business-facing liaison, translating sales and operational execution processes into scalable Salesforce workflows. You will own the relationship and engagement, enablement, coaching, and change management strategy for SF, including future platform expansion, connection to DocuSign CLM, and be input in the upcoming January 2027 rollout of Professional Services Automation (PSA).

Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation and adoption strategy for 100 day plan, and longer term 3 year vision for Insight and how SF/ CRM maps to that.
  • Partner with the VP of CRM to feed field-level insights and user friction points directly into the global platform enhancement roadmap.
  • Deliver high-impact coaching to sellers on overall execution, pipeline hygiene, automated contracting workflows (CLM), and early-stage services scoping (PSA).
  • Support/ input to end-to-end business processes spanning Lead-to-Opportunity (Sales Cloud), Quote-to-Contract (CLM), and Opportunity-to-Project (PSA).
  • Understand complex regional sales requirements and input leader into unified, global user stories for the technical delivery team.
