About The Position

Walker Digital Table Systems (WDTS) is seeking an experienced Global Controller to lead and evolve our international accounting operations across the United States and global subsidiaries in Macau, India, Australia, and the Philippines. This role is a key finance leadership position responsible for global accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls within a dynamic multinational gaming technology environment. The Global Controller will oversee the monthly and annual close process, multi-currency consolidations, accounting policy development, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance across all regions. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial operations, improve scalability, and support continued global growth. The role will directly manage regional accounting staff and coordinate with a U.S.-based third-party accounting firm to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready financial reporting across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who thrives in fast-paced, international business environments and enjoys building strong processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
  • Experience leading accounting operations within a multinational organization
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with global consolidations and multi-currency environments
  • Leadership experience managing accounting teams
  • NetSuite or comparable ERP experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience within gaming, casino, gaming technology, software, or hardware-related industries
  • Experience supporting international operations and multi-entity environments
  • Experience improving accounting processes, controls, and scalability within growing organizations
  • Exposure to IFRS, transfer pricing, investor reporting, or global tax coordination
  • Strong partnership and communication skills across executive and operational teams
  • Exposure to Asia-Pacific accounting environments
  • Background in scaling organizations or control remediation
