About The Position

The Global Conference Operations Project Manager 3 is an integral member of the Global Conferences team within the Priesthood and Family Department. This role serves as the operational subject matter expert for critical conference support functions and is responsible for guiding the strategy, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational capabilities that support conferences worldwide. This position leads highly complex projects and operational initiatives that require coordination across multiple departments, stakeholders, and geographic regions. The role influences conference strategy and operational decisions affecting accessibility, financial stewardship, staffing, participant safety, risk management, and conference implementation worldwide.
