The Role As part of the Global Client Marketing function, this role will support both Private Wealth and Institutional Capital businesses by driving centralized operational execution across client engagement initiatives. This position is designed to standardize and scale high-volume workflows across event execution, travel coordination, calendar management, event and budget reporting, and sales support. This role will partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high-quality experience across all client-facing activities. The successful candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
