CRS is recruiting for an anticipated five-year multi-country project funded by the Department of State. The project's objective is to deliver cost-effective, high-quality integrated HIV, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, malaria, and nutrition health services through government and strengthened community and facility-based health worker networks using faith and community-based platforms. A key aspect of the project is a clear and time-bound plan to sustainably transition program activities to national and sub-national government and stakeholders. This position will contribute to the overall objective of delivering lifesaving integrated health services and ensuring a smooth transition of project activities. The Global Chief of Party will provide leadership and overall management of the project, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programming and advancing CRS's position as a leading agency in the health sector. The role involves supervising the HQ team, coordinating with country program teams, collaborating with GAPS and related CRS department staff, and representing CRS with partners, stakeholders, and the donor. As a senior leader, the COP I will proactively manage security and mitigate risks.
