CRS is seeking candidates for an anticipated five-year multi-country project which will be funded by the Department of State. The overall objective of the project is to deliver cost-effective, high-quality integrated HIV, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, malaria and nutrition health services through government and a strengthened community and facility-based health worker networks using faith and community-based platforms, with a clear and time-bound plan to sustainably transition program activities to national and sub-national government and stakeholders. This position will contribute to the project’s overall objective of delivering lifesaving integrated health services through community and facility-based health worker networks using faith and community-based platforms and transition project activities to national and sub-national government and stakeholders. The Global Chief of Party will provide leadership and overall management of the project to serve the poor and vulnerable. The Chief of Party’s leadership, management and technical knowledge will ensure the delivery of high-quality programming and advance the position of CRS as a leading agency in the health sector. As the leader of CRS’ FCI project, the COP I will supervise the HQ team, coordinate with country program teams collaborate with GAPS and related CRS department staff, and represent CRS with partners and stakeholders, and the donor. As a senior leader the COP I will proactively manage security and mitigate security risks.
