About The Position

The Global Chief Financial Officer is a strategic, growth-focused leader responsible for helping advance RSM’s strategy, support sustainable growth, and strengthen the firm for the future. The CFO partners closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and firm leaders, balancing near-term performance with long-term value creation across organic growth, geographic expansion, operational transformation, and M&A. RSM is a global professional services organization with capabilities across assurance, tax, consulting, transaction advisory, and related services. As the firm expands its international capabilities, strengthens cross-border collaboration, and evaluates strategic alternatives that may include new capital formation, a public offering, and acquisitions, the CFO will help strengthen the finance function and position the firm for its next phase of development. The role leads the global finance organization and is accountable for controllership, planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, investor readiness, and broader financial operations. It also involves finance transformation, capital and liquidity planning, strategic transactions, public-company readiness, and building a strong finance leadership bench across regions. The ideal candidate combines strategic range with operational depth, can engage credibly with boards, investors, and business leaders, and builds strong teams while driving practical execution. This person brings a growth mindset, a global perspective, and the ability to translate financial rigor into business momentum.
