We are looking for an enthusiastic individual contributor to drive and manage several high-profile global Autodesk channel programs, transforming strategy into scalable execution. Reporting to the Director, Global Channel Programs & Incentives, you will partner with cross-functional leaders and regional teams to design, implement, and continuously evolve programs that improve partner experiences, streamline operations, and deliver measurable business outcomes. As the key connection between strategy and execution, you will collaborate with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions, translating program concepts into scalable global solutions by determining the most effective implementation approach and supporting regions through rollout and ongoing program management. This versatile role combines strategic program design, detailed initiative planning, project management, communications, governance, and continuous evaluation to ensure programs remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
