About The Position

We are seeking a Pastor of Global Care who is committed to the mission of Canyon Hills Community Church and is passionate about caring for those who are serving Christ around the world. We are looking for someone to provide leadership, encouragement, and pastoral care to our global partners, helping them thrive spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically through intentional support, regular connection, strategic care initiatives, and personal ministry both at home and in the places where they serve.

Requirements

• Commitment to the mission of Canyon Hills Community Church.
• Passion for caring for those serving Christ around the world.
• Ability to provide leadership, encouragement, and pastoral care.
• Skills in offering intentional support and regular connection.
• Capability to implement strategic care initiatives.
• Willingness to provide personal ministry both domestically and internationally.
• Completion and upload of the Theological Questionnaire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, encouragement, and pastoral care to global partners.
• Help global partners thrive spiritually, emotionally, relationally, and practically.
• Offer intentional support and regular connection to global partners.
• Implement strategic care initiatives.
• Provide personal ministry both at home and in the places where global partners serve.
