About The Position

Generation is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adults achieve economic mobility through employment. We partner with employers, governments, and other stakeholders to train and place adult learners into accessible careers. Since our launch in 2015, Generation has served over 150,000 graduates and partnered with 23,000 employers across 17 countries and 50 professions. Our programs have a high success rate, with 91% of learners unemployed upon entry and a 78% job placement rate within three months of program completion. Employed graduates typically earn 3-4 times their previous earnings. Generation graduates often come from secondary school backgrounds, with 52% being female, 28% having dependents, and many identifying with underrepresented communities. The organization is currently experiencing a period of growth and innovation, aiming to significantly increase the number of people served, deepen partnerships, and enhance global tools and curriculum. This role is a 3-month fixed-term, remote position with a target start date in June 2026, and interviews beginning mid-late May. Preference is given to candidates based in Delhi, India, Mexico City, Mexico, or Nairobi, Kenya, or other Generation global affiliate countries. Generation is an equal opportunity employer.
