Job Title: Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) - Supply Work Schedule: Onsite – Buffalo, NY Moog’s Industrial Group (IG) is seeking a Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) - Supply who will be accountable for designing, harmonizing, governing, and continuously improving the Industrial Group’s (IG) global end-to-end (E2E) processes and their enabling systems, data, and KPIs. You will partner across operating groups, functions, and IT to design, harmonize, and deploy end‑to-end business processes that support scalable growth, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision making. You will drive the implementation of the Management System Break Through Objectives (BTO), delivering consistent E2E processes, harmonized master data, integrated tools (ERP, PLM, CRM, HCM), and transparent performance management. You will be a critical enabler of business value creation—improving gross margin, Opex efficiency, Net Working Capital, time-to-market, quality and customer responsiveness. Your role will be located in the United States at a Moog site or at one of our Global Moog sites. You will report to our IG GBPO& Digital Architect.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sales, finance, or related.
  • Significant involvement in global ERP and enterprise system transformations
  • Proven experience leading process design and harmonization across multiple global locations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Strong business acumen with an enterprise mindset
  • Experience leading organizational change management (OCM) initiatives
  • Ability to build trust and credibility across engineering, operations, and business teams
  • Effectiveness within Moog’s collaborative, consensus-driven culture
  • Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business processes
  • Working knowledge of PLM (Teamcenter) and integration with ERP, CRM, and MES
  • Experience with APQC end‑to‑end process frameworks
  • Expertise in master data governance and enterprise data structures
  • Strong analytical skills, including KPI development and Power BI reporting
  • Approximately 10% Travel: Domestic and International travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to-end business process design, harmonization, and deployment across global sites and operating groups
  • Serve as a key contributor to global ERP, PLM, CRM, and HCM transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and enterprise standards
  • Apply APQC process frameworks to define, document, and govern enterprise processes
  • Partner with functional, engineering, operations, and IT leaders to drive adoption of standardized processes while respecting operating group realities
  • Establish and support master data governance models, including ownership, quality, and integration across systems
  • Utilize Signavio for process modeling, documentation, and process mining to identify improvement opportunities
  • Define and monitor KPIs and operational metrics, leveraging analytics tools such as Power BI
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Build trust, alignment, and accountability across a complex, global, matrixed organization

  • Additional site-specific benefits may be offered and are The base pay range for this opportunity is $USD120,000 - $USD160,000 per year, or equivalent benchmark in Europe.
