This role focuses on proactively driving key initiatives across complex cross-functional programs to deliver results. You will be accountable for owning and calibrating program strategy, tactically driving teams, defining the program's mission, vision, and tenets, setting objectives, analyzing data, and driving quantified improvements with metrics. You will collaborate with technical, business, and creative stakeholders globally, develop and maintain processes and workflows, report on and influence product roadmaps, and contribute to business planning.
