We are currently seeking a Global Business Analyst, Customer Service for our Pharma, Health & Durables division who will be an important part of our global team. This hybrid role can be based at one of our key sites in Montabaur/ Germany, Porto/Portugal or Gordonsville/USA.

Requirements

  • Completed Commercial Apprenticeship + preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in the described tasks.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of SAP (particularly the SD module) as well as other modules
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
  • A meticulous, independent work style with an understanding of process development, monitoring, and training
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Facilitation skills (workshops, training sessions)

Nice To Haves

  • A second foreign language is a plus (German, Spanish, French, Italian)

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Forwarding and escalating issues to cross-functional teams
  • Supporting improvement processes
  • Creating new and/or revising existing processes
  • Preparing for improvement meetings
  • Evaluation of new processes, e.g., VMI/EDI
  • Coordinating requests from other departments
  • Creating Business Warehouse reports
  • Participating in the definition and implementation of improvement measures
  • Eliminating or consolidating redundant reports
  • Creating new tickets for IT issues or changes
  • Reviewing open IT tickets
  • Quarterly regression testing
  • Assisting global trainers with documenting and conducting training sessions
  • Supporting the training of apprentices, interns, and new employees (worldwide)
  • Assisting with the training of existing customer service representatives on existing and/or new processes
