About The Position

The Global Trade Services (GTS) US Business Intelligence Analyst will report to the GTS US leadership team and will be tasked with supporting the organization through data-driven insights, reporting, and trade compliance analytics. As part of your role, you'll significantly contribute to compliance monitoring, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of transforming complex trade and customs data into meaningful business insights that help drive strategic and operational decision-making across the Global Trade Services team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or trade operations.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP GTS.
  • Experience using the ACE Portal and analyzing customs data.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation.
  • Required to work onsite in the ‘’El Paso, TX’’ office 50% of the time, or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customs compliance, global trade services, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or international trade environments.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, import/export processes, and trade compliance requirements.
  • Experience with SQL, Power Automate, Power Query, or other data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of KPI development and performance management reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for GTS operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate trade compliance and customs data from multiple systems.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support management and operational teams.
  • Identify trends, risks, exceptions, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
  • Extract and analyze data from SAP and related systems.
  • Support SAP GTS reporting requirements and data validation activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business users to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Participate in system testing, process improvements, and data quality initiatives.
  • Utilize the ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) Portal to monitor import activity and customs transactions.
  • Analyze customs entry data, duty payments, broker performance, and compliance metrics.
  • Support audits, post-entry reviews, and customs compliance investigations.
  • Reconcile ACE data with SAP and broker reports.
  • Support daily import and export compliance activities through data analysis and reporting.
  • Assist GTS teams with operational inquiries and business requests.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide performance reporting for trade operations.
  • Support management presentations and business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Recommend improvements to reporting structures and analytics processes.
  • Develop data visualization tools that improve visibility into trade compliance performance.
  • Support strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives within GTS.
