About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Brand Marketing Director to lead all facets of our Global marketing initiatives and elevate our brand visibility. Ideally based in Seattle, this role will oversee creative execution, marketing strategy, brand development, and category marketing globally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive impactful campaigns and long-term brand growth.

Requirements

  • Strategic marketer with experience in lifestyle brands, skilled at implementing creative solutions that resonate globally.
  • Analytically minded, using data to inform marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Strong communicator and cross functional leader, establishing cohesive relationships across departments.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience running full-funnel campaigns and measuring ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years of management experience in brand marketing or marketing operations.
  • Proven success running global marketing campaigns across brand, category, and digital channels.
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams.
  • Experience in Consumer Goods preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute marketing strategies aligned with Stanley 1913's brand vision and global business objectives.
  • Ensure creative execution and brand messaging consistency across global platforms and consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop and lead marketing programs targeting global customers throughout their journey, from awareness to loyalty.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve department goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and ecommerce to support business objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics for marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand experience across global consumer touchpoints.
