About The Position

The Global Benefits & Leave Administration Supervisor owns the full lifecycle of employee benefits and leave programs across Percepta's global operations. You are the subject matter expert -- managing complex vendor relationships, international billing, global compliance, and employee experience across seven countries. You will supervise 1-2 benefits professionals and report directly to the VP of Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Hands-on experience managing benefits across multiple countries, including UK, Canada, Spain, or Australia strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and international benefits compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with third-party leave management vendors and global benefits brokers (AON or similar)
  • Strong vendor management and invoice reconciliation skills across multi-currency, multi-country environments
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy -- trusted with sensitive employee and financial data
  • Clear, confident communicator able to translate complex benefits information for employees and leadership at all levels
  • Experience in a BPO, contact center, or multi-site global organization strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Administer health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits across all Percepta geographies: US, UK, Canada, Spain, Mexico, Australia, and South Africa
  • Manage open enrollment end-to-end -- system configuration, communications, employee support, and post-enrollment reconciliation
  • Serve as the primary liaison with benefits carriers, brokers (including AON), and third-party administrators globally
  • Ensure HRIS benefits data integrity through regular eligibility audits and reconciliation
  • Lead new hire benefits orientation and deliver ongoing employee education across all markets
  • Maintain compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, and applicable international benefits regulations by country
  • Manage and reconcile multiple international vendor invoices including AXA, Vitaly Health Services, and other Spain and UK-based providers
  • Coordinate with brokers and vendors to correct invoices related to employee terminations and cohort movements prior to payment approval
  • Partner with Finance and local HR teams to ensure invoices are accurate, compliant, and fully approved before submission
  • Liaise directly with AON and AXA account management on effective dates, revised annual plan summaries, and billing corrections
  • Confirm employee coverage continuity and proactively communicate status to employees while invoice corrections are in progress
  • Manage all FMLA, ADA, military, and personal leave requests in partnership with the third-party leave management vendor
  • Ensure timely, compliant handling of all leave cases from intake through return-to-work across US and global populations
  • Serve as the internal escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk leave situations
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate leave-related pay treatment for all leave types
  • Maintain complete leave records and provide regular reporting on case status, trends, and compliance metrics
  • Support global leave compliance in partnership with local HR teams and legal counsel by country
  • Lead Canada benefits filings, coordinating with Payroll and providers to ensure compliance and timely submission
  • Support Spain benefits administration including review and processing of Vitaly Health Services invoices and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training coordination
  • Coordinate with local HR partners (including Valencia) on billing detail review prior to Finance submission
  • Ensure benefits coverage, vendor billing, and employee communication are aligned with country-specific legal and cultural requirements
  • Develop and coordinate wellness and benefits engagement communications by country, ensuring messaging aligns with local offerings and cultural considerations
  • Lead planning and execution of the Annual Wellness Health Fair across US locations (Melbourne, Houston, Allen Park), including vendor coordination and engagement programming
  • Support special program rollouts, including the SJVS/Ford Plan, in partnership with Ford representatives and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve access and eligibility issues for non-standard employee populations in coordination with IT and program partners
  • Supervise, coach, and develop 1-2 Benefits & Leave team members
  • Establish SOPs and process documentation to ensure consistency, auditability, and operational continuity
  • Produce leadership-ready summaries and maintain clean audit trails across all global workstreams
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and local HR teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and reduce administrative burden across the benefits function
