About The Position

Responsible for managing large customer account. Duties also include developing sales strategy for the global account; setting and meeting annual expense and sales budget, representing all Business Groups within electronic passives and sensor technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Four year college or technical school): Required
  • 10 plus years of experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer relationships by interfacing with customer, staff (engineering, purchasing, etc.) on a global basis.
  • Gather details and prepare base data packages. Compile base data from several sources. Analyze and formulate quarterly and annual forecasts.
  • Match customer requirements to current product/part list.
  • Plan and/or implement sales strategies.
  • Provide input to other staff to establish the price range for a product.
  • Develop annual budgets for the company's sales territory, district or group.
  • Prepare for participation in internal meetings.
  • Attend staff, departmental or unit committee meetings.
  • Elaborate or revise a pricing strategy on specific products.
  • Meet with or in other ways communicate with customers towards the end of selling Company products.
  • Proactively track and communicate updates on new product introductions, enhancements, and technology trends to customers.
  • Apply structured negotiation strategies to pricing, terms and commercial agreements. Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in line with company margins and customer relationships.
