Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform basic math
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate layout, fit, and installation
- Measure and lay out openings to precise window dimensions
- Cut, fabricate, and install frames using hand and power tools
- Install glass in windows, doors, skylights, storefronts, and other structures
- Assemble and install framing systems (metal or wood) for glass support
- Secure glass panels using clips, moldings, gaskets, or glazing compounds
- Apply sealants, gaskets, and weatherproofing materials to ensure airtight and watertight installation
- Remove and replace broken, damaged, or outdated glass
- Inspect completed installations for proper alignment, quality, and code compliance
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA regulations when handling materials and working at heights
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
