About The Position
The Glazier Foreman is responsible for overseeing, supervising, and executing glazing projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The Glazier Forman maintains communication between glazing team and managerment and leads team to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- City Service and Contract Glazing Installation abilities
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor others
- Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures
- Positive customer service orientation
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to work well with other team members
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all glazing activities on the job site.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other teram members for effifcient project execution.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment.
- Report any issues or delays to the Project Manager (PM) in a timely manner.
- Submit a detailed daily report to the PM.at the end of each work day.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
