About The Position

Ophthalmology Consultants, a well-established and highly respected ophthalmology practice serving the St. Louis, Missouri region, is seeking a BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon to join its growing clinical team. Known for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered eye care, the practice offers an outstanding opportunity to build a high-volume glaucoma practice within a strong regional referral network. Due to continued growth and increasing patient demand, this position provides immediate access to both medical and surgical glaucoma volume in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Requirements

BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon
Strong referral base including cataract co-management and advanced glaucoma cases.
Ability to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Experience with streamlined workflows and efficient clinical & surgical infrastructure.
Willingness to engage in mentorship and leadership development.
