About The Position

EyeCare Partners is seeking a BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon to join the Grene Vision Group in Wichita, KS. This is a rare opportunity to step into immediate clinical and surgical volume with a well-established glaucoma referral network and a strong cataract patient base. The practice offers an ideal 70/30 split between glaucoma and cataract care with strong surgical demand from day one. Physicians will practice in a newly developed ASC featuring 6 modern operating rooms, advanced technology, efficient surgical workflows, and exceptional clinical support staff. Grene Vision Group has built a strong regional reputation, attracting patients from across Kansas and surrounding communities. The role offers a collaborative, physician-focused culture with experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, highly trained technicians, and dedicated on-site leadership. A dedicated physician liaison will assist physicians in strengthening referral relationships and establishing community connections. • BC/BE Glaucoma Surgeon
