Supports Fibermaking Engineering through technical troubleshooting, data analysis, experimentation, and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Minitab, Microsoft Access, or PI Process Books
- Experience with experimental design
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes manufacturing process data
- Troubleshoots process and equipment issues
- Supports cost reduction and process improvement projects
- Works with engineers on equipment testing and implementation
- Recommends process and equipment improvements
- Updates documentation and trains operations personnel
- Supports new equipment startup and safety initiatives
