Requirements

Equivalent High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
Proficiency in the use of computer programs/systems is essential.
Must have demonstrated experience in a safe, team-based, high-performance, quality-driven environment.
Must have adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervision.
The job involves field work requiring frequent walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and carrying materials.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a clinical, research or lab setting.
Relevant training and certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform various routine Laboratory Services functions including the transporting of laboratory glassware to and from designated wash and pick up areas within the laboratories and between buildings.
Performs customized cleaning and processing of various laboratory equipment glassware.
Autoclaves media, water, and labware as requested.
Updates work related documentation as needed.
Must comply with all regulations and good documentation practices while performing services in applicable areas.
Strict attention to safety and quality.
Collaborative work with other employees to achieve departmental and company goals.
Accurate and timely execution of activities and results
Assist in other lab services operations as directed or needed.
