About The Position

Hartung Glass Industries is seeking Glass Production Operators for their Swing Shift. This role offers a starting pay of $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE), with a $1.50/hour swing shift differential. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, with some Thursdays, from 3:30 PM until the end of the shift. The company is looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a safety-focused mindset. While prior glass experience is not required, as most team members start as a Loader/Unloader and receive training, it is considered a plus. This position involves hands-on manufacturing work, operating and learning glass fabrication equipment, and ensuring production moves safely, accurately, and efficiently. Successful candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
