About The Position

CTG is seeking a skilled GIS Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise GIS initiatives for our client. This role requires strong experience with Esri/ArcGIS technologies, Agile project delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in complex technical environments. Utility industry and compliance-related experience, including FAC-003/FAC-008 initiatives, is highly preferred. The role is remote and has a duration of 7 months.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Esri GIS and ArcGIS technologies is required.
Experience leading projects using Agile delivery methodologies.
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience working within enterprise GIS and application environments.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

Utility operations and regulatory compliance experience preferred, including FAC-003/FAC-008 initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
PMP, Scrum, Agile, or GIS certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead GIS project delivery from planning through execution and implementation.
Collaborate with GIS professionals, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and delivery strategies.
Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project tracking.
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to support GIS application and enterprise solution delivery.
Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and compliance-focused initiatives.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies.
Provide status reporting and maintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
