About The Position

This role involves GIS application development, maintenance, and upgrades. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining ArcGIS Server web applications, supporting configuration efforts in CityWorks and its associated GIS web services, and repairing/upgrading existing Facilities and Utility toolsets. The development will be done using Visual C# with Visual Studio 2010 and the ArcObjects Software Development Kit (SDK) 10.1.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and modifying applications using: J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS technologies, including: ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS APIs, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ArcGIS WebAppBuilder, Collector, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Mobile
Experience with ArcGIS ModelBuilder and Python
Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), including triggers and stored procedures
Experience analyzing program and production issues
Experience developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Strong knowledge of relational databases and database concepts (Oracle and SQL Server preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Five (5) years of experience in systems analysis, change management analysis, project management, program analysis, or a closely related field
Recent experience working with a government entity

Responsibilities
