Join our Environmental Utilities team and help drive the City’s critical infrastructure forward through innovative Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in geographic information systems, computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field.
  • For GIS Analyst II: Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to that of a Geographic Information System Analyst I with the City of Roseville.

Responsibilities

  • Transform complex spatial data into meaningful analysis, maps, reports, and insights.
  • Support full-service municipal utility planning, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build GIS databases.
  • Coordinate with cross-department teams.
  • Ensure the accuracy of essential utility layers.
