About The Position
The Girls Assistant Volleyball Coach at Manor High School will assist in coaching the volleyball team, focusing on developing players' skills and knowledge of the sport. This role requires a strong understanding of volleyball rules and techniques, a commitment to program development, and the ability to work effectively with young athletes. The coach will also be responsible for promoting good sportsmanship and adhering to VHSL rules.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the rules and skills in volleyball.
- Program-centered approach.
- Specific skills and good sportsmanship.
- Knowledge of VHSL rules.
- Ability to work well with children.
- Previously competed at the college level, club team, or professional level.
- Submit a standard on-line application.
- Include two letters of reference.
- Provide a recent TB test or screening.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one year of coaching experience as an Assistant or Head Coach preferred.
