About The Position

The Point Casino & Hotel is looking for an energetic, dependable Gift Shop Supervisor to help create an exceptional shopping experience for our guests. This role involves leading by example, keeping things organized, and making customers smile. The supervisor will lead and support the Gift Shop team during daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members, help maintain attractive merchandise displays and seasonal promotions, monitor inventory and assist with ordering and receiving merchandise, ensure cash handling procedures and store operations are accurate and secure, and keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. The supervisor will also step in wherever needed to help the team succeed.

Requirements

• Previous retail and leadership experience.
• Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional guest service.
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a team.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
