About The Position
This position assists in the operation of the Inspira Health Gift and/or Thrift Shops, including merchandising and staffing. The role also involves assisting in the coordination, training, and mentoring/supervision of volunteers working in these shops.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or resale business.
- Excellent verbal, written and training skills needed to operate a retail/resale establishment.
- Knowledge of general accounting.
- Superior customer service/ customer relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation of the Inspira Health Gift and/or Thrift Shops.
- Perform merchandising tasks.
- Provide staffing for the shops.
- Assist in the coordination, training, and mentoring/supervision of volunteers.
