About The Position

The Gift Shop Attendant is responsible for supporting the efficient and guest‑focused operation of the retail shop by ensuring merchandise is well‑maintained, transactions are processed accurately, and service standards are consistently upheld. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while assisting guests with courtesy and professionalism. Your attention to detail, product knowledge, and commitment to high‑quality service directly contribute to revenue performance and reinforce the exceptional guest experience expected at Live! Casino & Hotel.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Retail customer service training would be a plus
At least One (1) – Two (2) years’ experience in a high-volume retail store with use if electronic cash register and variety in inventory.

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere in the Gift Shop at all times and assisting all guests whenever necessary
Ringing up sales and giving correct change
Responsible for keeping the Gift Shop clean and orderly
Assisting in month-end inventory
Ensure the safety and security of guest and others visiting the gift shop
Other duties as assigned.
