About The Position
Do you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment? Join our Gift Shop team and help create a great experience for every guest who visits The Point Casino & Hotel.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to obtain the required gaming licenses
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working with guests in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Retail or cash handling experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with friendly, outstanding customer service
- Assist guests in finding merchandise and answering questions
- Process purchases using our point-of-sale system
- Stock shelves and keep displays organized and attractive
- Receive and organize inventory
- Help promote casino events, promotions, and Players Club information
- Keep the gift shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
