About The Position
The Gift Shop Customer Service Associate position will have overall daily operation responsibilities of the gift shop. The Associate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the shop, restocking inventory in displays for both food and nonfood items, shop sanitation, coffee brewing, cash handling and POS register operations. The Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hospital visitors, patients and colleagues, and handling any customer concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
