About The Position

Durango is a new Station Casinos property aiming to be an approachable, luxury destination with best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities. The Gift Shop Manager will be responsible for creating a fun and convenient store for Guests and Team Members, delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others with an approachable sense of luxury.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years retail management experience.
  • Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in overseeing placement of merchandise on the floor and maintain a neat, clean, and inviting atmosphere for Guests
  • Identify new ways to drive sales generation to achieve goals
  • Assists with interviewing and hiring of all cashiers and supervisors
  • Assists with training team on register procedures, stocking practices, and merchandising placement and store policies and procedures
  • Be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.
