Position Summary: The Gift Processing Assistant is a seasonal, part-time role designed to support the Finance & Accounting team during Special Olympics Minnesota’s peak fundraising period—Polar Plunge season (January-March). This position plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of donations, which represents a significant portion of the organization’s annual revenue. Working closely with the Gift Administrator and reporting to the Director of Accounting, the Gift Processing Assistant will handle high-volume data entry, donation imports, and gift-related administrative tasks. Their contributions will directly support operational excellence and an exceptional constituent experience by maintaining the integrity and efficiency of gift processing systems. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated by mission-driven work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
