About The Position

The Gift Card Territory Specialist independently merchandises and stocks gift cards and products at local retail stores, following planograms and addressing in-store merchandise issues. The role builds relationships with store personnel, communicates product information and new product launches, and helps drive sales for the client. The specialist manages a territory route and schedule, completes store visit reports and other paperwork, and participates in ongoing training. The position involves weekday store visits, periodic evening work, travel within a designated market, and transporting supplies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Availability to travel within the designated market and willingness to transport supplies.
• Must have access to a computer and printer.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to planograms.
• Correct in-store merchandise issues as needed.
• Build partnerships with store employees.
• Replace graphic signage and clean dedicated fixtures and displays.
• Complete store visit reports and paperwork, and participate in ongoing training.
• Independently manage the route and schedule to ensure territory visits are covered.
• Communicate new product launches and existing product information to store management and personnel.
• Drive sales for the client.
