About The Position

The Gift Card Territory Specialist independently merchandises gift cards and products at local retail stores for a technology brand. The role involves maintaining displays, addressing merchandising issues, sharing product information and launch details with store personnel, building relationships with store staff, and driving sales. The specialist manages a designated territory and schedules store visits independently, completes visit documentation, and participates in ongoing training. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with periodic evening work required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail merchandising experience.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Availability to travel within the designated market and willingness to transport supplies.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with periodic evening work.
• Access to a computer and printer.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for the duration of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on fixtures according to planograms.
• Correct in-store merchandising issues as needed.
• Build partnerships with store employees.
• Replace graphic signage and clean dedicated fixtures and displays.
• Complete store visit reports, paperwork, and ongoing training.
• Independently manage the route and schedule to ensure territory visits are covered.
• Communicate new product launches and existing product information to store management and personnel.
• Drive sales for the client.
