Reporting to the Associate Director, Logistics Operations Optimization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale strategic projects focused on improving the operational efficiency of a complex, global, just-in-time supply chain. Project areas include: - Logistics infrastructure optimization - Distribution logistics (internal and external) - Customs logistics - Warehousing and inventory control - Packaging engineering for materials As the Senior Manager, Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement – Logistics, you will lead the organization's strategic initiatives to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of logistics operations across the company's network. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, implementing, and monitoring multiple cross-functional projects, while managing financial, technical, and organizational risks. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for planning and executing projects or project workstreams, maintaining packaging instructions, managing annual project budgets, and reporting project expenditures and progress to senior leadership. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering and strengthening the organization's culture of operational excellence and high performance, driving business results through Pratt & Whitney Canada's CORE Continuous Improvement Program (the company's Lean/Six Sigma framework). The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
